In our in-company trainings, we create a supportive space where the women in your company can connect, grow and learn together.

We focus on building public speaking skills while helping women become more confident, authentic communicators.

In the process of the training, something powerful happens: community forms. Through shared experience, vulnerability and the joy of practicing and learning together.

What to expect?

In our public speaking seminars, we always focus on one specific topic that is connected to public speaking. You can find an overview of suggestions for topics here.

In either half a day, a full day or multiple days - we train public speaking skills and create a sense of community between the women in your company. We can have an introductory call, in which we state your question/need/wish, so that we know exactly which topics to work with & on which level to step in.

Set-up

All our seminars are interactive. This means you won't sit and watch us talk about public speaking theories. Everybody takes part actively, we practice skills all together, in smaller groups and in front of the group.

Building confidence mostly comes through practice. This is why we encourage all women to practice the speaking skills in the safe setting of our seminars.
