EMBody is a 4-session, in-person program that takes women through a progressive journey: from the stories holding them back, through unlocking their physical presence and voice, to crafting messages that land, and finally putting it all together in real-life scenarios tailored to their world. Each session builds on the last.
You learn in community: alongside other women, through each other's stories and practice, with direct feedback from two public speaking coaches who've been on stage and behind the scenes for over 30 years combined.
An experience-based method developed by Female Speaking Berlin.
What story are you telling yourself? What beliefs keep you from speaking up, taking space, being seen? We strip back the narratives and begin to rewrite them.

How do you move a room? Your voice directs whether people lean in or tune out. Do you know what your body communicates? You learn to use your full physical instrument to make your message land.

Now we craft. Structure, storytelling, getting to the point, thinking on your feet. Through a lot of practice and supportive feedback, you learn to build a message that lands.

In this closing session, everything comes together. You submit your real challenges beforehand. We build tailored scenarios and practice them live, using theater and role play techniques. This is where Expose, Move, and Build become part of who you are and how you speak! We have booked a stage for the final speaking moment!

Most women who work with us were nervous to reach out. The first step is just a conversation, to meet us!
