EMBody is the program you join as an individual. Over four half-day seminars in Berlin, you move through a progressive arc: Expose, Move, Build, EMBody. In a small group of six to twelve women, with direct feedback from two coaches who have over thirty years of stage experience between them.

For women who have the talent but not yet the visibility. They hold back in meetings, downplay their ideas, or wait until they feel "ready" before speaking up.

Over four months, this program builds the communication skills, confidence, and presence that create visibility from day one: hands-on practice, peer feedback, and personalized coaching grounded in their real working context.

What we've seen after this program: women speak up in meetings, volunteer for visible moments, and stop waiting for permission. Their managers notice. Their teams notice. And the company starts seeing its future leaders much sooner!

For women already in, or stepping into, leadership roles. They have the expertise and the track record. But many are operating in environments that weren't built for them. Rooms where they have to work twice as hard to be heard, where the pressure to perform leaves little room for passion, and where burnout quietly becomes the norm.

Over four months, this program rebuilds executive presence from the inside out: how you communicate in high-stakes rooms, how you speak to inspire rather than just inform, and how you lead in a way that's sustainable for you.

Four in-person half-day seminars, a Slack buddy system between sessions, and a 1:1 coaching session grounded in your real context — board presentations, stakeholder conversations, and difficult dynamics.

What we've seen after this program: women lead rooms differently. Their ideas land. Their presence is felt. And they start shaping environments rather than adapting to them.

How long is an in-company  program?

Our programs run over a period of several months. The exact timeline is shaped around your team's needs.

What's the difference between EMBody and the in-company tracks?

EMBody is an open cohort that individuals sign up for directly. The Early-Career and Women in Leadership tracks are booked by companies for their staff.

Can my company book a program for our team?

Yes. The Early-Career Women and Women in Leadership tracks are designed for in-company groups. Get in touch and we'll talk through what fits.

When does the next open cohort start?

What's included in every program?

Four half-day seminars, a dedicated Slack channel with an accountability buddy, and a personal 1:1 coaching session.

How many participants are in each group?

We keep groups small: between six and twelve participants. Enough for real peer learning, small enough for genuine feedback.

Can this program help if I'm feeling burnt out or disconnected from my work?

Yes. Many of the women who join this program aren't just looking to communicate better, they're looking to reconnect with why they do what they do. We work on presence, passion, and finding your voice again, not just technique.
