How does public speaking contribute to female empowerment?
Empowerment means having the confidence to stand up for yourself, pursue your goals, and act with strength and independence. When women are equipped with the skills to speak with clarity and presence, they step into leadership, advocate for themselves, and share their expertise — particularly in male-dominated spaces. Research shows women are interrupted more often in meetings, making the ability to speak up, handle interruptions, and own the room essential, not optional. What we see most often in our trainings: when women share their stories and experiences, strong networks of support and mentorship form naturally. That is how a movement starts.
