Public speaking training for the women in your company.

Programs, workshops, and storytelling events designed for L&D teams, HR departments, women's networks, and ERGs. Theater-based. Practice-first. Built for women, by women.

Programs (4-month tracks)

Early-Career Women Program
Women in Leadership Program
Half-day in-person workshops
1:1 coaching per participant
Slack community + buddy system

Multi-session learning tracks designed to create sustainable behavioural change and visible impact.

Our programs run over 4 months and include 4 in-person half-day workshops, a dedicated Slack channel with an accountability buddy system, and one 1:1 coaching session for each participant.

Two tracks, depending on where the women in your company are:

  • Early-Career Women Program — for emerging talent that holds back in meetings, downplays contributions, or waits to feel "ready" before speaking up. The program builds visibility, confidence, and public speaking skills from day one of someone's career, so your future leaders are visible early instead of going unnoticed and underdeveloped.
  • Women in Leadership Program — for women already in or preparing for leadership roles. They have the expertise and the track record, but operate in environments not always shaped by and for women. The work strengthens executive presence, communication, and confidence, grounded in real scenarios from their roles: board presentations, stakeholder conversations, navigating difficult dynamics.

Best for:
L&D budgets, succession planning, retaining and developing women leaders.

In-Company Workshops

Confidence and speaking up
Voice and body language
Storytelling for impact
Imposter syndrome and pitching

Skill-focused, practical sessions, fully tailored to your team's reality. Half-day, full-day, or multi-day. In-person or virtual. Groups of 6 to 25.

A workshop with us is not a lecture. No one sits and watches us talk about theory. Everyone takes part actively — practicing skills together, working in smaller groups, and speaking in front of the room.

Each workshop focuses on a specific public speaking skill. Choose from our menu or co-design a custom theme: confidence and speaking up, voice and body language, storytelling for impact, impromptu speaking, pitching, simplifying complex content, imposter syndrome and mindset, or stage presence.

Works beautifully for: Women's networks, ERGs, leadership offsites, International Women's Day programming, L&D learning weeks.

A note for ERG leads: Our workshops often serve as a starting point for deeper collaboration with your company. They make a flagship event your members talk about long after.

After-Work Storytelling Event

Workshop for 8 women
Evening event for the whole company
Voice and body coaching included
Optional music and catering
Mixed-gender panel as add-on

Our most unique format. Not a workshop and not a program — an experience.

A two-part format that helps women in your company turn their real experiences into stories worth telling, and then puts them on stage.

  • Part 1: Workshop (max 8 participants) — A small-group session where women craft a personal, work-related story using a clear storytelling framework. Voice training and body language coaching are built in.
  • Part 2: Evening event (open to the whole company) — Those participants share their stories on stage at an evening event open to women and men. Light catering, optional music, the feel of an after-work cultural moment rather than a corporate event.

What this creates:
Internal role models. Empathy across teams. A flagship moment your ERG or L&D team will be remembered for. Women who go home seen, heard, and visible to their colleagues in a way that changes how the room treats them next Monday.

Past examples: Women in Science (Berlin Science Week), Women in Tech, Women in Sport, Women in Leadership.

What companies and networks say.

"One of the most empowering moments I've had as an Anchor for Women in Engineering. The community vibe and support were amazing."

"I associate public speaking with discomfort. Instead I left the workshop feeling empowered, inspired, and connected to many amazing women around me."

Common questions from L&D teams and ERG leads.

What does an in-company workshop cost?

We design every workshop around your team's needs (size, format, level, topic), so pricing is always custom. Get in touch with a few details about your group and goals, and we will come back with a tailored proposal.

How many participants can join one workshop?

Workshops work best with groups of 6 to 25 participants. Smaller groups allow more individual practice time. For larger company-wide initiatives, we recommend the After-Work Storytelling Event format or a series of workshops across teams.

Do you offer virtual workshops, or only in-person?

Both. Most of our deeper transformational work happens in-person — especially the Programs and Storytelling Events. Workshops are available both in-person (Berlin and across Europe) and virtually for distributed teams.

Can your workshops be part of our existing leadership development program?

Yes. We frequently work alongside L&D teams as a specialist module inside larger leadership tracks. We can integrate our communication and visibility work with your existing competency framework.

Are the workshops only for women, or can men join too?

Our workshops, programs, and ERG sessions are designed as women-only spaces. This is intentional — the safety and shared experience of a women-only room is part of what makes the work effective. The After-Work Storytelling Event is the exception: the workshop portion is women-only, but the evening event is open to the whole company, so men are part of the audience and the conversation.

Do you only work with companies in Berlin?

Berlin is our home base, but we work across Germany, Europe, and beyond. We have run workshops and programs for international clients including UN Women, TEDx, and Murdoch University in Australia. Travel is built into pricing for sessions outside Berlin.
