Programs, workshops, and storytelling events designed for L&D teams, HR departments, women's networks, and ERGs. Theater-based. Practice-first. Built for women, by women.
Multi-session learning tracks designed to create sustainable behavioural change and visible impact.
Our programs run over 4 months and include 4 in-person half-day workshops, a dedicated Slack channel with an accountability buddy system, and one 1:1 coaching session for each participant.
Two tracks, depending on where the women in your company are:
Best for: L&D budgets, succession planning, retaining and developing women leaders.
Skill-focused, practical sessions, fully tailored to your team's reality. Half-day, full-day, or multi-day. In-person or virtual. Groups of 6 to 25.
A workshop with us is not a lecture. No one sits and watches us talk about theory. Everyone takes part actively — practicing skills together, working in smaller groups, and speaking in front of the room.
Each workshop focuses on a specific public speaking skill. Choose from our menu or co-design a custom theme: confidence and speaking up, voice and body language, storytelling for impact, impromptu speaking, pitching, simplifying complex content, imposter syndrome and mindset, or stage presence.
Works beautifully for: Women's networks, ERGs, leadership offsites, International Women's Day programming, L&D learning weeks.
A note for ERG leads: Our workshops often serve as a starting point for deeper collaboration with your company. They make a flagship event your members talk about long after.
Our most unique format. Not a workshop and not a program — an experience.
A two-part format that helps women in your company turn their real experiences into stories worth telling, and then puts them on stage.
What this creates: Internal role models. Empathy across teams. A flagship moment your ERG or L&D team will be remembered for. Women who go home seen, heard, and visible to their colleagues in a way that changes how the room treats them next Monday.
Past examples: Women in Science (Berlin Science Week), Women in Tech, Women in Sport, Women in Leadership.
"One of the most empowering moments I've had as an Anchor for Women in Engineering. The community vibe and support were amazing."
