The Human Side of Science

When scientists share more than their data, when they talk about who they are and why their work matters, their stories create connection. That is what our work with women in science is about.

Even brilliant scientists doubt themselves

Even the most brilliant scientists have moments of doubt. "Am I good enough?" "Will they like me?" "What will people think?"

Something powerful happens when they share not just their research, but their story. When they talk about what drives them and what they have overcome, science suddenly feels more human. It becomes something people can relate to.

Raising women's voices in science

That is the goal of our work with the [Falling Walls Foundation Female Science Talents program]. Together, we help women scientists find their voice and share the person behind the research.

Our mission is simple: to raise women's voices in places where they are often hardest to hear. Science is not only about experiments and data. It is about the people doing the discovering.
